Street was recently watched for sewer maintenance. No biggie. Corner lot to me just means traffic on two sides instead of one.

Many old homes around here were built with the basement garage style driveway. One of my coworkers has one, so his 1100 sq ft basement is basically an 1100 sq ft garage. kind of jealous.
